ADMISSION

For your convenience we have the registration forms located below. Please print out each form and return to Bethel Christian School upon your decision to enroll your student at our facility. Due to our demand for low teacher to student ratio, occupancy is limited and is on a first come first seat availability; however printing and sending these registration forms will not reserve a place for your student. Please contact the school administrator to complete the enrollment process.
